As a 12 year old fanzine publisher, writer/director Scott Crawford witnessed many of the bands that would help define the DC aesthetic of the 1980s. Almost 30 years later, he interviews many of the same personalities he spoke with as a wide-eyed fan. In the process, the story of arguably the most important punk communities of the ’80s unfolds.
